A pick & place label feeder that improves placement accuracy & speed of the label process
IDENTCO chose to offer this specific pick & place label feeder because of its ease of use, reliability, and outstanding German engineering. The designers of this pick & place label feeder are actually EMS providers who did not like the other presenters available on the market, so they designed their own. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring this technology to our PCB label customers in the North American market.
These skillfully engineered pick and place label feeders combined with the appropriate auto apply labels are designed to exceed your labeling requirements. The pre-printed label presenter places the label like any other SMT component to help streamline your labeling process.
ILP-45 label feeders require no additional floor space because they fit on to the “fine pitch” placement machine like any other feeder. The placement is faster and more accurate than hand placement, decreasing labor costs while improving accuracy, efficiency and throughput.
