Smart features make the difference
The new DIVISIO 5100 has smart interfaces that allow modules such as the gripper changing system to be integrated without programming effort. The controller takes over the parameters of the module and adapts the setup, test and production sequences of the system accordingly. The depaneling unit supports predictive maintenance and thus achieves maximum availability. This means that maintenance is adapted to the machine condition in order to avoid unnecessary interruptions during operation. Specifically, 20.5 shifts per week can be produced. Thanks to intelligent and networked sensors within the system, comprehensive process control is possible. Data is continuously collected and evaluated to enable continuous process optimization.
